We hope you love your Nova Curated purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with all original packaging included.
• We are unable to accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged or are not in a resaleable condition.
• Sale items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Postage

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
