For orders under £30, our Standard Delivery service is available for £4.99, with delivery in 2–3 working days.

Express Next Day Delivery – £7.99
Need your order sooner? Choose our Express Next Day Delivery service for £7.99. Place your order before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) for delivery on the next working day.

Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (Before 1:00pm) – £11.99
For added peace of mind, select our Guaranteed Next Day Delivery (before 1:00pm) for £11.99. Place your order before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) for guaranteed delivery before 1:00pm on the next working day.

International Delivery

We ship to a selection of international destinations. All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and include a tracking number.

Europe (France, Germany, Italy) – £9.99
Estimated delivery in 5–10 working days from dispatch.

North America (United States, Canada) – £12.99
Estimated delivery in 7–14 working days from dispatch.

Australia & New Zealand – £12.99
Estimated delivery in 7–14 working days from dispatch.

Delivery timescales are estimates and may be affected by customs processing in your country, which is outside of our control. If you are based in a country not listed above and would like to enquire about shipping, please get in touch via our Contact page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by your country's authorities are your responsibility to pay upon delivery.

We are unable to predict the charges you may incur, as these vary by country, product type, and order value. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you are unsure. Please note that we are not able to mark international orders as gifts or understate their value on customs declarations.

If a parcel is refused or returned to us due to unpaid customs charges, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping cost from any refund issued.

To help you get a rough idea of what to expect, we've put together the country-by-country guide below.

United States
No import duty (all orders are under the $800 threshold) and no local tax. US customers should expect nothing extra on delivery.

France
No import duty (all orders are under the €150 threshold). Local VAT at 20% plus a carrier handling fee of around €10–15 will typically be collected on delivery. On a £78 scarf, expect roughly €28–33 in additional charges.

Germany
No import duty (all orders are under the €150 threshold). Local VAT at 19% plus a carrier handling fee of around €10–15 will typically be collected on delivery. On a £78 scarf, expect roughly €27–32 in additional charges.

Italy
No import duty (all orders are under the €150 threshold). Local VAT at 22% plus a carrier handling fee of around €10–15 will typically be collected on delivery. On a £78 scarf, expect roughly €30–35 in additional charges.

Canada
No import duty under the UK–Canada trade agreement. No local tax expected. Canadian customers should expect nothing extra on delivery in most cases.

Australia
No import duty (all orders are under the AUD $1,000 threshold). GST at 10% can apply but is collected inconsistently on small parcels from unregistered overseas sellers. Most customers will receive their order with nothing extra to pay.

New Zealand
No import duty (all orders are under the NZD $1,000 threshold). GST at 15% can apply but is collected inconsistently on small parcels from unregistered overseas sellers. Most customers will receive their order with nothing extra to pay.

Customs rules, tax rates, and enforcement thresholds can change, and any charges are determined entirely by your country's customs authority — not by us. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm, on weekends or on UK bank holidays, will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.
