Nova Curated operates the website novacurated.com and sells scarves and accessories to customers in the United Kingdom and internationally. Throughout these terms, references to "we", "us" or "our" refer to Nova Curated, and references to "you" refer to the person accessing or using our website or placing an order with us.

2. Accepting These Terms
By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase. We recommend checking this page periodically.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from us, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
3. Our Products
We sell original silk and cotton scarf designs through our online store. Our current range includes:
- 90×90cm Twill Silk Scarves — 100% twill silk with a hand-rolled hem
- 50×50cm Silk Scarves — 100% silk, suitable for everyday wear
- 50×50cm Cotton Scarves — 100% cotton, suitable for children
All designs are original and created exclusively for Nova Curated. Every effort is made to display colours accurately, but please be aware that colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings and lighting. Where a product is photographed both as a flat design and modelled, we recommend viewing both images for the most accurate representation.
Products marked "Coming Soon" are not available for immediate purchase and are displayed for preview purposes only.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but the price shown at the time you place your order will always be honoured.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro)
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Klarna (buy now, pay later — subject to Klarna's own terms and eligibility)
- Union Pay, Discover, Diners Club
Payment is taken at the point of order. If your payment is declined, your order will not be confirmed.
5. Orders and Contract
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. This email constitutes acceptance of your order and forms the contract between us.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time before dispatch — for example, if a product becomes unavailable, if we identify a pricing error, or if we are unable to verify your payment. If this happens, we will contact you promptly and issue a full refund.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering. We cannot be held responsible for orders that go undelivered due to incorrect information provided by you.
6. Delivery
Full details of our delivery options, timescales, and costs are set out in our Delivery Policy. The key points are:
- We offer free UK delivery on orders of £30 or more
- Orders are dispatched within our stated processing times
- Delivery timescales are estimates and not guaranteed
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes levied by your country — these are your responsibility to pay
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
7. Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period begins the day after you receive your order. To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing before the 14-day period expires — by email to novacuratedscarves@gmail.com, clearly stating your order number and your intention to cancel.
Once you have notified us of your cancellation:
- You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all original packaging
- You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- We will issue a full refund, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods — or evidence that you have sent them
- Refunds will be made to your original payment method
Please note: this right to cancel applies to standard purchases. It does not apply to items that have been personalised or made to your specification.
8. Returns and Refunds
Our full returns process is set out in our Returns Policy. In summary:
- Returns must be initiated by emailing novacuratedscarves@gmail.com with your order number
- Items must be returned in unworn, original condition
- We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
Faulty or incorrect items: If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund for items that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described. We will cover all return postage costs in these cases.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, images, text, logos, and other content on our website and products are the intellectual property of Nova Curated and are protected by copyright and applicable laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any of our designs or content without our prior written permission. You are welcome to share our content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you credit Nova Curated and link back to our website.
10. Our Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be limited.
Subject to the above, we are not liable for:
- Any loss or damage that was not foreseeable at the time your order was placed
- Loss of income, business, or profit
- Delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control (including postal or courier delays, extreme weather, or industrial action)
- The content of any third-party websites we may link to
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the price paid for the relevant product(s). Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected by anything in these terms.
11. Website Use
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not use it in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or that infringes the rights of others.
We do not guarantee that our website will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or viruses. Our website may contain links to third-party websites — we do not endorse or accept responsibility for their content or privacy practices.

How we collect, use, and protect your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By placing an order or creating an account, you agree to the processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of those jurisdictions. As a consumer, you may also have the right to refer disputes to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body — we will provide details of any approved scheme we participate in upon request.
